No contract for transportation services is formed until expressly confirmed by 4EverMomentum.

3. Payments

Payment processing is provided by third-party processors. You authorize the processor to charge the selected payment method and agree to comply with the processor's terms. 4EverMomentum is not responsible for third-party system errors or outages.
